How to request deletion

1. Email info@brightfuture-edu.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
2. Include the full name, registered email address, and phone number connected to your account. If your request concerns Facebook Login, also include your Facebook profile name or app-scoped user ID if available.
3. We may ask you to verify your identity before deleting data so that we do not remove another person's information.

What happens after your request

After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account and notify you when the request is completed. We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 business days and complete them within 30 days, unless applicable law requires a different period.

Information we may retain

We may retain limited records when required for legal, accounting, payment, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes. Any retained information will be restricted to those purposes and kept only for the required period.
